and as for the resolution i meant 1024 x 768 type. 1600 x 1200 walls should have
at least a scan thats x x 1200 whatever. By using a scan that is bigger than the
finalized size, it'll be a LOT crisper when extracted and cleand
few comments: zadkhi - what i meant was that people don't put enough efforts
into the wallpapers because people with knowledge of how they are made can
easily discern the simplicity of it. I never said more time = better work.
Well..let me use ur paper example: if you take a bunch of quotes from abook,
crop em up together and add a few connecting words, does that equate to teh
quality of an essay that is well thought through and proofread multiple
times?
knighty - scan quality usually has to be double the size of the wall. if the
height for a wall is 1200 pixels, the scan has to be at least 2000.
came back from spring break @ taiwan. all i can say is that the place is great
-well if ur azn of course. shopping and eating is wondrous. girls there are
topnotch compared to the ones @ ny. they know how to cope with 8 hr school days,
2 hr cram sessions, 2 hrs hw daily and still manage to dress up well and go
shopping ^_~ only fault there is the heat and the prices for name brand
clothing. all in all great place to visit and to stay.
another thing that has gone horribly wrong in mt. people dont give honest
opinions in their comments because they want to be "nice" . this isn't
helping the waller, people! dont fav stuff that you dislike even though they are
your friends and give ur freaking honest opinion if u think its bad. this is one
of the things that piss me off when walls reach top submissions when better
projects are out there - more friends = more favs in the current mt world.

looking at it. thats why good wallers could easily distinguish a good one from a
bad one.

raise levels - not to share their artistic abilities. if they truthfully want to
show people their skills and their pieces, why not put a little more effort into
them? a simple filter with a big boobed girl just isn't going to cut

newcomer's endeavors to improve while generating new talent for the community.
However, after a while, looking at some of these walls just seem to ring the
word SPAM in my ears. works should strive to be artistic and eye candy, not
level raising material. subpar walls with lots of effort could easily be told
the difference from total "shit" - especially ones that could be
whipped up in 10-20 mins.
